We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our dental facility. You will be responsible for sterilizing dental instruments and equipment and adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization procedures on dental instruments and equipment
- Assist with seating patients
- Responsible for chair set-up and break-down between patients
- Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
Skills:
- Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques
- Familiarity with dental procedures and patient care a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Will train the right candidate if necessary
