Lifestyles Assistant - Healthcare
Hiring Bonus = $1000 paid at 90 days

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Coordinates, communicates & schedules entertainment within established budget.
*Assists in planning, scheduling and conducting lifestyles programs that enhance the lives of our residents.
*Helps prepare, organizes and distributes calendars of events for each neighborhood (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support and Skilled Nursing).
*Meets with new residents to introduce community activities. Assess resident interests and activity abilities.
*Interacts with residents, family members, guests and other associates in an atmosphere of hospitality, engagement and inclusion.
*Other duties as assigned.
*May be required to work occasional weekends to enhance resident activities.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
*Associate Degree (minimum) preferred.
*At least one year experience in a social, recreational and/or educational support program preferably with senior adults preferred. Long term care preferred.
*Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with residents.
*Able to use Microsoft Windows, email, calendar design software and data entry programs.
SANTA MARTA SUPPORTS ASSOCIATES:
$1000 hiring bonus paid at 90 days of employment.
$17.00 - $19.00 hourly based upon relevant experience.
Full-time associates earn PTO (paid time off) based upon hours worked.
Full-time associates are eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurances and 401k benefits.
Santa Marta offers full coverage health insurance at great rates. You may save $1400 to $4800 annually depending upon your coverage since Santa Marta pays 80% of the total health insurance premiums. FYI - Many companies may pay only 50% - 60% of the total premium.
