We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our talented sales team.
Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities within our target regional markets. You will work closely with our outside sales team, purchasing and operations department, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and exceptional service
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with restaurants, institutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with purchasing department to maintain adequate stock
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the food service or seafood industry
- Strong understanding of seafood products and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
