Growth Creates Opportunity! We Are Seeking An A-Player To Join Our Vibrant Local Business, Which Is Part Of a Progressive Horticultural Organization With National Reach. As The Director Of Construction, You’ll
- Provide oversight and leadership to all Construction departments.
- Develop and maintain a culture of accountability, constant improvement, sense of urgency, customer service, collaboration, and compliance.
- Serve on Company’s leadership team with involvement of all aspects of the business, including assisting in the development and implementation of company annual strategic plan and budget.
- Ensure all construction projects are scheduled, performed to budget, and installed to company standards for production and quality.
- Manage and exceed goals in departmental budgets, growth goals, and KPI’s.
- Maintain complete ownership of Construction Operations, including developing, maintaining, and improving customer and vendor relationships.
- Manage all customer communication with proper urgency.
- 5 years' progressive experience in the Construction Industry with particular focus in an operational leadership role.
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
