We are looking to add a creative Designer to our growing team. Landscape experience is a plus, but not required for the right creative, energetic team member who is willing to learn about Tucson landscaping while applying their design knowhow and experience to our custom residential design customers. Our inhouse installation team turns your design into reality so you get to see the product of your creative process.

What’s The Job
- You work hand in hand with the Sales Consultant and estimating team to create landscaping designs, construction drawings, details, and 3D renderings
- Serve as a consultant on plant selections and design elements
- Create landscape designs that translate the clients vision into a design that is ready for construction install
- Produce construction-ready level designs created on-time and on-budget
- Review designs for accuracy and quality
- Assist colleagues with drafting consultation as needed
- Manage designs through CRM system
- Support the Sales team as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with input from the team
- Demonstrate professionalism and self-motivation
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints, home plot plans, and home floor plans
- Experience in AutoCAD programs, SketchUP, VectorWorks Landmark software or like programs
- Horticultural knowledge, specifically in Southwest plants a plus
- Familiarity in sales and estimating is a plus
- 1 year experience in design or landscape design
