Job Summary
The 18-22 Transition program is designed to teach foundational skills in the areas of self advocacy, independent living, and vocation to support student growth into adulthood and promote self-determination. The program provides a variety of work experiences increasing independence over time. Such skills encompass soft and hard skills like time management, dressing appropriately for the job and organizing important paperwork; hard skills learned are dependent on the specific job.
Additional other duties as assigned related to emergency, crisis and / or pandemic.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 2 Letters of Recommendation required.
- Pre-employment physical exam required.

If you have 48 college credit units or more, you are exempt from taking the Paraprofessional exam. Attach college transcripts to application.
Work Week : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
