Position Summary :
Data Stewards ensure that data is managed according to the Policy and Standards. A Data Steward is a subject matter expert in a given Domain, with the best knowledge of the data and its uses.
Position Duties / Responsibilities :
Data Domain Metadata
- Define / validate business definitions for data elements
- Review data lineage
- Identify need for changes in metadata
- Implement changes to business definitions
Data Quality Management Life-cycle & KDEs
Project Management
Governance
Education :
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Business Experience :
7-10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency
Supervisory / Management Scope :
Manage process or technology
Technical Knowledge :
Strong decision making skills
Project Management
Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Computer savvy.
Ability to multitask
Supervisory and personnel management skills
Licenses / Certifications : Private Banking Certification or equivalent
AML Certification or equivalent
Languages :
Spanish, English Portuguese or other a plus
