We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Marshfield, MA. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes assisting with product and service inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional customer service by meeting all customer demands as they relate to straightforward inquiries.
- Adheres to safe deposit box procedures and operations guidelines.
- Educates and engages customers in conversations regarding their current and future financial needs and educates them about Bank products and services.
- Assists in exceeding service goals by minimizing customer wait times and accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions.
- Provides legendary customer service while recognizing referral opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
