Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Marshfield, MA. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes assisting with product and service inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for consumer and business clients.
- Assist clients with resolving product, service or account issues, opening or closing accounts, processing transactions, logging requests, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
- Sell targeted products/services as part of client-initiated interactions.
- Ensure operational integrity by following established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 0 years of cash handling experience in a retail or banking environment required.
