Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and coaching team members to deepen existing relationships and acquire new customers.
Manage the performance of all branch staff, including hiring, retention, motivation, and success.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Business Management or related field.
3 years of experience in sales, leadership, or management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Able to operate Microsoft Office software and various office equipment.
Demonstrates supervisory abilities, sound risk decision-making skills, and strong operational proficiency.
Work Environment
This role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting and moving equipment and furniture.
