AML Account Resolution Data Entry Specialist / Analyst - Hybrid Boston or Dallas
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual who is passionate about data accuracy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Join our dynamic Account Resolution Group (ARG) within the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) who oversees the de-marketing of clients deemed to present unacceptable BSA / AML / OFAC risk to Santander Bank. The Account Resolution Analyst is responsible for receiving, tracking, logging and monitoring account closure recommendations made by the FIU to the Lines of Business. This entry-level role consist of mainly doing Data Entry where you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data.
Ideal Candidate will have / be ...
- foundational knowledge of AML / Fraud (SAR regulations and other AMLsystems and processes, etc.)
- good written and verbal communication
- fast and accurate data entry skills
- highly organized
- strong Microsoft Office – specifically Excel and PowerPoint,
- is deadline driven to ensure compliance with applicable SLAs.
