Business Analyst - Wholesale

Job Description

This Business Analyst - Wholesale position is responsible for providing analytical support to our wholesale banking operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of banking operations.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Processing transactions involving booking and servicing commercial loans.
• Responding to incoming commercial loan requests from business areas supported by the department.
• Analyzing payment history, loan balances, and associated documentation.
• Performing dollar transactions, collateral setup and maintenance, GL balancing, and quality review.
• Creating and analyzing error reports, researching the payments log, and incoming wire transfer payments.
• Ensuring proper documentation is filed appropriately and is available for internal and external audits.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent degree.
• At least 3-5 years of working knowledge in Company documentation and banking operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge/skills of Microsoft Office Suite and various bank systems.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
