Santander USCorporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program candidates tosupport the growth ambitions of the Energy and Energy Transition(E&ET) Group.
Whether itis raising capital or advising on M&A, investment bankers inthe E&ET group work across products and geographies to bringcomprehensive solutions to their clients in the rapidly evolvingenergy sector. Coverage areas within E&ET include renewables,conventional power, utilities, batteries, auto / mobility, electricvehicle infrastructure, low-carbon molecules, CCUS and natural gaspipelines / storage.

This 2026Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program is for undergraduatestudents in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduationdate between December 2026 and May / June2027.
Based in New York (NY),you will become part of an international business working withteams across differentgeographies.
The base hourlypay range for this position is $52.88 / hr. The exact compensationmay vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure andcertifications and location. The internship program does not offerany relocationassistance.

- Anundergraduate student in a four-year program with an expectedgraduation date between either December 2026 or May / June2027.
- Cumulative GPA is 3.5or above.
- Highly motivatedand results oriented with a desire to exceedexpectations.
- Demonstratesintellectual curiosity and courage in their leadershipstyle.
- Crisp communicationskills with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly bothverbally and in writing, interacting professionally, transparently,and effectively with people at alllevels.
