Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements
- Provides support to senior bankers.
- Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis, and drafting.
- Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
- Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO analysis.
- Assist senior bankers on client coverage initiatives.
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
- Work closely and help train analysts.
- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Related experience in Financial Services Industry, 1-2 years.
- TMT Investment Banking experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Understanding of corporate finance and banking products.
- Solid financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Team player and self-starter.
