We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role you will support the development and maintenance of key strategic partnerships working closely with internal teams and external partners to help drive growth and achieve business goals.
Job Description :
- Maximize impact of partnerships in alignment with the bank's growth strategy including identification, research and evaluation of potential opportunities and defining strategic approach
- Develop presentations and materials for partner meetings e.g. preparing pitch decks and managing responses to RFPs
- Support the management and execution of partnership agreements and contract negotiations
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to execute partnership initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing partnership success by managing and tracking key milestones / KPIs to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with business objectives providing performance updates to senior leadership
- Establish and nurture a pipeline of potential partners, conduct market research and incorporate external trends to shape partner strategy and monitor industry trends / competitor activities
- Work closely with Santander Group's global innovation centers and Global partnership teams in identifying and pursing opportunities in the US
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required : Business, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics.
Work Experience :
5 Years of experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services in Partnerships, Business Development or Product roles.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Minimum : 71,250.00 USD
Maximum : 125,000.00 USD
Salary : $125,000
