Recovery and Resolution Senior Analyst - Capital Management

The Senior Analyst supports the day-to-day operations in Capital Planning and Recovery & Resolution. The incumbent provides senior analysis in support of operations.
Formulates and updates policies and guidelines on the planning and management of the company's recovery and resolution plan.
Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day execution of operations in Capital Management and Recovery and Resolution Processes.
- Validate the accuracy of internal reporting of financial and operational data.
- Perform variance, reconciliation and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
- Ensures treasury policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed.
- Distill complex regulatory requirements and related updates into well-written and detailed narratives within defined timeframes.
- Balance numerous workstreams in driving effective completion of key deliverables.
- Understand financial statements and possess basic financial forecasting skills.
- Strong organizational skills to work in a dynamic situation with changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal to gather necessary inputs for reporting and support review and challenge activities.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Perform review and challenge and quality control of narrative components to promote alignment with requirements.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Maximum : $95,000.00 USD
