What We’re Looking For
Sante is seeking a Recruiter to join our small, but mighty, Human Resources team. The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, assisting with onboarding and orientation, and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing strategies, drafting, and posting job ads, interview processes, and offer negotiations for assigned requisitions
- Generate a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for a variety of positions, in both technical, non-technical, high volume, and service level roles
- Actively pursue all channels (Internet, networking, social media, etc) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role
- Source passive candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, or other platforms
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment initiatives
- Partner with organizational stakeholders to assist with filling open positions
- Prepare, maintain, and submit weekly statistics reports
- Assist in creating marketing flyers for recruitment and engagement purposes
- Administer company wellness and engagement initiatives
- Participates in and completes all required training
- Other duties as assigned
- Salary Range: up to $65k per year,

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study; OR an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university with one (1) year of related experience; OR three (3) years’ related experience.
- Strong computer skills, efficient in payroll systems along with HRIS systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have a working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
