Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick thinker, and can manage various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.

-Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

-Handle social media accounts, including content creation and engagement with followers.

-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

-Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.

-Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office events.

-Prepare reports and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.

-Strong bookkeeping skills and familiarity with accounting software.

-Proficient in social media platforms and content management.

-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a good memory.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
