POSITION SUMMARY
The Adventures Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple recreational facilities, ensuring an enjoyable experience for visitors This role involves managing an ATV and Snowmobile Park, RV Park, Hunters Cabin, Tours, Boat Launches, Truck Scale, Kayak rentals, and other revenue-generating tourist attractions. Always demonstrating ethical and professional behavior while promoting the company vision, mission, and core values and principles.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and cover shifts for team members across all facilities.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures by all team members.
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and handle payments.
- Manage reservations, including pre-registration, group bookings, and same-day reservations.
- Welcome guests and address any questions or concerns during their stay.
- Stock, order, and receive supplies for the facilities.
- Conduct regular property inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Attend safety and operational meetings.
- Ensure staff punctuality and adherence to uniform guidelines.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to enforce safety rules and ensure guest well-being
OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for outdoor activities, adventure sports, and recreational experiences
- Familiarity with ATV riding, snowmobiling, kayaking and other adventure-related pursuits.
