Job Title: Apprentice

Reports to: Human Resource Manager FLSA Status: Full-time Non- Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
An apprentice acquires specialized skills under the guidance of experienced colleagues. Apprentices receive supervised training. The responsibilities vary based on the field but often include updating records, completing written tasks, and adhering to safety standards.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill tasks assigned by a supervisor
- Assist within the relevant department and learn about various aspects of the company.
- Work both in the office and travel to other sites as needed
- Positively receive feedback and contribute to improvement suggestions.
- Maintain a log of everything learned
- Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- High School Student
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent time management , critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- Availability for 4-5 days a week
- Proficient with computers
- Basic understanding of industry-specific tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
