Reports to: Human Resource Manager FLSA Status: Full-time Non- Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY
An Intern (or Trainee) is an individual completing entry-level work for a company to gain experience in their field. Interns contribute to various tasks, learn software tools, and assist supervisors in day-to-day operations.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfill tasks assigned by a supervisor
- May perform clerical duties
- May assist with event planning
- Shadow experience professionals
- Learn technical skills related to industry.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- Must be a college student
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
- Availability for 4-5 days a week
- Proficient with computers
- Basic understanding of industry-specific tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Indian preference will be given to candidates showing proof of enrollment in a federally recognized tribe.
