Summary Of Position
Incumbents in this position are responsible for document production and management through a variety of manual or technological processes. This may include preparing correspondence, reports, or other documents, maintaining various filing systems, including computer records of various activities, reviewing, and processing forms, assisting staff and community members with inquiries or problems, processing various types of purchase orders and invoices for payment, and similar duties.

Summary Of Position
Incumbents in this position are responsible for document production and management through a variety of manual or technological processes. This may include preparing correspondence, reports, or other documents, maintaining various filing systems, including computer records of various activities, reviewing, and processing forms, assisting staff and community members with inquiries or problems, processing various types of purchase orders and invoices for payment, and similar duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in human services, psychology, sociology or a related field, or 3-5 years equivalent work experience in substance abuse, alcohol and/or suicide prevention.
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to obtain a Community Health Worker Certification (CHW) within 3 months of hire
- Basic accounting skills for management of grant and programmatic budgets
- Excellent clinical documentation skills in an Electronic Medical Record
- Knowledge of 3rd party billing practices with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
- Ability to work, be on call and fill in on a variable schedule as duties require, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Ability to plan and manage project timelines with multiple competing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in public speaking and networking.
- Fluency in the Keres language is preferred.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
- Valid driver's license with ability to meet Santo Domingo Pueblo liability insurance requirements and maintain eligibility for insurance.
