Job Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach teaching staff in developing and implementing quality child development and education practices
- Facilitate and lead a classroom 50% of the time, promoting school readiness outcomes for all children
- Collaborate with family service staff as necessary to ensure the best interests of children and their families
- Analyze data to improve children's school-readiness goals and develop effective solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Services, Child Development/Human Development, or a related field, and three to five years' experience in early childhood education. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
