Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services including routine check-ups, preventive care, management of acute and chronic conditions, gender-specific screenings, and mental health services. Review medical histories, interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
- Offer patient education on preventive care, healthy lifestyles, birth control counseling & management of varied health conditions.
- Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and support to a multidisciplinary team of Women’s Health professionals.
- Oversee and enhance the delivery of outpatient primary care and women’s health services, including treatment of acute and chronic illness, preventive care, gender-specific screenings, postnatal services, and mental health services.
- Work to establish and maintain systems to ensure that patient services, clinical data, and workflows support the organization objectives.
- Collaborate and communicate with other departments and external organizations to improve patient care outcomes and access to ensure effective integration of care.
- Perform annual evaluations and peer reviews as required.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and professional development.
