Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the& team to develop creative solutions for long-standing clients.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor and responsible work ethic.
Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.

Exhibit strong project management skills, including scope, budget, and scheduling control.
Proven experience in project delivery, managing teams and consultants.
Meet quality deliverable expectations.
Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and SOQs, including scope and budget.
Participate in interviews and meetings with current and potential clients.
Qualifications :
A history of successfully taking on greater responsibilities in your career.
Experience in various disciplines such as Civil Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Public Works Administration, Permitting, Surveying GIS, and Water Resources.
Preferred focus on public agency work from planning through construction.
Experience managing clients and staff.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
California Professional Engineer registration.
Minimum of twelve years of qualifying design and project management experience.
Knowledge of computer programs such as MS Office, CAD, and discipline-specific software.
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for an average 8-hour work shift.
Vision to view computer screens or printed materials and graphics independently.
Mobility to stand or walk on job sites as required.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Effective hearing and speech skills to communicate in English in person and over the telephone.
