Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare engineering drawings for Structural projects - bridges, retaining walls, culverts.
• Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations.
• Handle client relations as needed.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of structural / bridge designs completed by others.
• Other support as required.
• Work closely with other V3 Practice Areas on multi-discipline projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a civil engineering degree.
• 5 years of related experience in bridge design, analysis, load rating, and inspection.
• Experience on projects for clients such as INDOT, County DOT, and local municipalities.
• PE License required. SE license or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Microstation/OpenBridge proficiency.
