Santulan Creative - Digital Marketing Content Production Internship:

Santulan Creative is a kinetic creative agency print publication based in Los Angeles and New York City prioritizing BIPOC Queer artists. We serve as a community of artists, creators & strategists heralding from diverse backgrounds who are driven to produce client projects (including but not limited to: photo video shoots, branding, website development) as well as make inspiring art via an independent publication.

The Digital Marketing Content Production Intern is an internship position that supports the branding of Santulan Creative to the larger public and its growth as an independent agency. This position assists the leadership team with marketing their efforts in clients services, NYC and LA events, and the print publication. As a community led organization first & foremost, this internship also encourages candidates to get involved in artistic areas of interest whether it be client photoshoots, writing an article for the publication, and more!

Job Description:

Type: Part-Time Internship, unpaid (credits will be provided)

Weekly Hours: 10 hours

Responsibilities:

• Working with the lead team to execute brand-aligned innovative and fresh social media content for use on Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Creating social media footage and editing videos/reels
• Executing the social media strategy to engage and inform target audiences
• Planning and capturing content opportunities from client projects, events hosted in NYC LA, and the agency’s semi-annual print publication.
• Use insights from industry and social media trends to influence what content is created.
• Attending weekly team meetings where one will pitch social media concepts ideas, and note down upcoming events, announcements, or client projects to include content for in the social calendar.
• Email outreach to prospective clients and brands to promote Santulan Creative’s services.
• Attend shoots and events hosted by the agency and its partners

Qualifications:

• Education Requirement: Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, PR, or a related field.
• Knowledgeable on relevant social media platforms (inclusive of Instagram, Tik Tok, and Twitter/X)
• Adept at photo video editing in a social media capacity.
• Comfortable tracking data to improve social media engagement
• Proficient on Google Drive suite
• Team-oriented,effective communicator, ready to brainstorm creative ideas and try something new!
