ORDER PULLER / ORDER SELECTOR
In this role, you are responsible for filling customer orders accurately and timely and in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The order fulfillment associate must gain familiarity with all products, the locations of the products, and the layout of the store to provide the highest quality and the most efficient service to our customers. In addition, an order puller is responsible for putting away incoming products from suppliers and returning un-used products to appropriate locations. Cleaning, organization duties, and flexibility are required based on business needs.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fulfill & complete customer orders; packed and ready for pick up
- Complete the pick sheet based on Sanwa’s SOP
- Load, adjust and operate shrink-wrap
- Proactive in getting the next-day orders picked and staged, checking the availability of stocked items to complete all orders
- Check all products/orders for quality, damage-free, and accuracy
- Check for the availability of stocked items to complete the order & notify the sales team of out-of-stock items
- Foster teamwork; working together with all store associates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver
- Should possess willingness and ability to maintain a very positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction
YOU'LL ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Flexible Work Schedule “Overnights and/or weekends a must”
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Familiar with a warehouse environment through past work experience in either manufacturing or warehousing; Food/Grocery knowledge a plus but not required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School or GED Graduate, education is a must
- Adhere to all safety, health, weights, and measures regulations
- High standard of integrity and reliability
- Flexible work schedule & availability
- Experienced at safely operating Forklift or Electric Pallet Jacks/ Forklift Certified
