Design Engineer – Wheel Loaders
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions of wheel loader systems and components.
- Engage suppliers, global business units, engineering team members to drive the solution for issues and make necessary Engineering changes.
- Communicate engineering change notices and coordinate relevant departments and stakeholders to take necessary actions.
- Must work in a cross-functional team environment to develop innovative solutions with input from customers, operators, service technicians, engineers, manufacturing assemblers along with sales team
- Maintaining up to date bill of materials following Engineering changes happening on all machine platforms and update service parts book accordingly.
- Review and approve deviations and make necessary engineering changes if needed.
- Performing technical writing and document control including drawing, update schedules for various projects.
