THE OPPORTUNITY
Sany Construction Equipment Dealer is looking for an entry-level Sales Representative to join our team at our Tulsa, OK dealership. We are seeking a candidate with some experience in the construction equipment industry, sales processes, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, along with a customer-focused mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell a range of products within a designated geographic area or specific accounts.
- Collaborate with other sales team members for territory management and communication.
- Engage in corporate and local marketing campaigns.
- Make sales calls to qualify potential clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Generate and track leads, ensuring follow-up on inquiries and information gathering.
- Participate in training sessions locally, in the field, and occasionally at the Peachtree City, GA corporate headquarters.
- Work closely with other departments within the branch to ensure smooth operations.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to operate industrial and construction equipment for product demos.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or a related field is a plus.
