Demand Planning & Workflow Optimization Data Analyst

Contract: 4-6 months Contract

Customer: Clinical Nexus.

Location: Onsite presence required 2-3 days per week in Bloomington, MN and Northfield, MN

This role is perfect for someone with a combination of strong Data Analysis Skills, Manufacturing Experience, And ERP Knowledge, who is ready to take on operational and system optimization challenges.

Expecting the project to be 4-6 months in duration with a strong possibility of extension. Candidates must be local to MN and open to going onsite 2-3/week in Bloomington, MN and Northfield, MN (South metro). ERP is a must have, NetSuite is a nice to have. Demand planning, specifically Intuiflow, is a nice to have.

Position Overview: We are seeking a contractor with a strong background in data analysis, supply chain management, and ERP systems to assist with operational and data handling challenges related to a recent NetSuite implementation, supported by Intuiflow for demand planning. The ideal candidate will address system inefficiencies, resolve workflow issues, and help optimize manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Handling and System Optimization:

• Analyze and manage large datasets within Intuiflow to identify inefficiencies, particularly within the 'Design to Build' process.
• Verify data accuracy and eliminate duplication in records, especially in relation to work orders and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot system concerns related to data flow and operational inefficiencies in handling high volumes of data.
• Operational Efficiency and Workflow Improvement:
• Identify and rectify workflow issues
• Implement corrective actions for mis prioritization and scheduling of work to optimize factory operations and reduce redundancies.
• Assist in optimizing factory workflows by removing unnecessary manual steps and enabling staff to focus on critical tasks.
• Manufacturing Process Support:
• Provide expertise in analyzing and streamlining processes such as work orders, production schedules, and material planning in a manufacturing setting.
• Identify and correct duplicate purchase orders, requisitions, and work orders to ensure efficient material planning and order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

Data Handling Expertise:

• Strong experience working with large datasets, including downloading, filtering, and analyzing data in Excel.
• Manufacturing Knowledge:
• Proven understanding of manufacturing processes, including work orders, production schedules, and material planning.
• Ability to scrutinize and reconcile purchase orders, requisitions, and work orders to detect and rectify duplication issues.
• ERP Experience:
• Experience with NetSuite is highly preferred, but candidates with experience in other major ERP systems will be considered.
• Proficiency in navigating ERP systems, extracting data, and analyzing workflows for operational improvement.
• Personal Attributes:
• Self-starter who is proactive and empowered to solve problems independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to "jump in" and figure out solutions quickly.
• Comfortable working onsite 2-3 days a week, with facilities located in Bloomington and Northfield.
