The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Summary :
We are looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Provisioning CoE. You will be responsible to define and evolve the customer onboarding journey for all SAP cloud solutions.
You will directly contribute to the success of our corporate strategy by ensuring a harmonized Suite First experience, putting the customer at the center, and enabling a seamless up-sell / cross-sell experience.
The Role :
As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will be responsible to create a harmonized user onboarding and provisioning experience across our cloud solutions. You will contribute in established expert rounds to align on this vision. You will work out technical concepts to support our strategy and align them throughout the company.
Our goal is to establish SAP Cloud Identity Services as a mandatory component for authentication and user provisioning into the SAP cloud universe. This requires getting the commitment from all our solutions and removing road blockers by contributing further improvements into the identity services. You will be a central point of contact and help translate product requirements to service roadmaps. You will drive global initiatives to improve the onboarding of new customers, including a streamlined integration into corporate identity providers.
What you bring :
- BA / MA / Diploma in a technical field of study
- 5 years of experience in engineering roles with focus on IAM
- In-depth knowledge of standards like SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Proficiency in modern user management, user replication, and authentication technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and SAP Cloud Identity Services is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to share and communicate ideas to senior management, technical resources, and other key constituents in clear, concise language (fluency in English is a prerequisite)
