About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Principal Consultant to join our CoE team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering architecture, design, and realization workshops to customers in North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design workshops and identify issues/risks to optimize business processes, system automation, and system landscape.
- Provide recommendations to resolve critical business process design issues and work closely with SAP development to provide best practice and reference architecture.
- Manage critical customer escalations and drive issues to resolution.
Requirements
- 8 years of expert-level experience in SAP PLM (Discrete Industry processes) and EPPM solutions.
- Experience with PLM (Discrete Industry), EPPM business processes, and various related industry experiences.
- Good knowledge of SAP integration to S/4HANA or ECC.
