Purpose and Objectives
The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE), a subdivision of SAP Cloud Success Services, has the goal and mission to ensure optimal performance, availability and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering services to SAP customers.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As a Business Process Principal Consultant, you will deliver architecture, design and realization workshops for customers in North America and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives.
You will lead and conduct functional design workshops and identify issues/risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape and protection of investment.
You will also manage critical customer escalation and drive critical issues to resolution through these activities, SAP and COE builds a trusted advisor relationship with the customer.
In addition, you will lead customer's implementations and provide architectural inputs and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and running an infrastructure that empowers customers to take advantage of new opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for passionate people with excellent functional and technical and communication skills who have a minimum of 8 years of expert-level experience in the SAP PLM (Discrete Industry processes) and EPPM (CPM, PPM, PS, Cloud for Projects) solutions.
Experience with PLM (Discrete Industry), EPPM business processes and various related industry experience is also required.
Knowledge of SAP integration to S/4HANA or ECC, SAP Implementation Methodologies (RISE with SAP Methodology, SAP Activate, Sprints, Advanced Deployment, etc.) and SAP's Design to Operate (DTO) Strategy, Approach, and applications is necessary.
Technical expertise in SAP systems and integration architecture including good understanding and expertise in ABAP, HANA Database, BTP technologies, Business AI / Artificial Intelligence would be a plus.
