As our commitment to UX grows, we are looking for a mid-level Designer in the TripIt UX team. You will be responsible for your work and accompany your concepts throughout the development life cycle, continuously broadening your horizon on design methods and technologies. You will work in partnership with our extended global product teams to develop simple and intuitive user experiences for our customers and millions of users around the world.

Portfolio is required.

What you’ll do

• A natural collaborator and communicator : you are able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment.
• Prior experience working within a technical environment is a key requirement.
• You possess strong experience and interaction design skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• You are able to grasp and distill complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.
• You’ll work closely with Design Systems and Accessibility teams to ensure consistent and accessible design solutions.
• You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 95,300 - 204,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
