Business Processes Principal Consultant (HANA Platform CoE) – Customer Services and Delivery, Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE)
The Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE) aims to ensure optimal performance, availability, and smooth operation of SAP software as well as to optimize technical and business processes by delivering standard services to SAP customers.
As a technical expert in the CoE, you will analyze SAP solutions for our North American customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers, project leads, and executives.
For this role, we are looking for passionate team members with excellent technical and communication skills. This role provides opportunities to work with a variety of SAP products and technologies in all industry segments, both cloud and on-premise.
Tasks and expectations are as follows :
- Act as a senior advisor to the customer’s CIO / IT department, covering the entire IT department of a customer end-to-end.
- Understand the as-is situation and goals of a customer holistically. Translate it into an adequate technology roadmap design (processes, applications, systems) as well as the appropriate operating concept based on SAP’s offerings.
- Drive knowledge management and innovation activities with customers. Document successful approaches, tools, etc., and make them available to colleagues at SAP.
- Collaborate and co-innovate with the respective SAP development teams.
- Be a quick learner with strong analytical skills. Possess the ability to communicate and convince others based on technical facts and details.
Required Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Database Architecture and Administration with a focus on SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud :

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. The targeted combined range for this position is 119,300 - 251,900 USD. The actual amount to be offered will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, including education, skills, experience, and location.
