Sales Operations Business Enablement Specialist
Full time/40 hrs week.
Role Description
The North America Field Business Support is a central team acting as a deal support center for SAP Account Executives all over the North America Market Units. Our team supports and processes SAP Cloud Deals including Private Cloud Enterprise (PCE), Private Tailored Option (PTO), SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC), S/4HANA Extended Edition (EX), One Cloud deals via our Harmony & CRM systems. This team also provides support to all procurement processes, i.e.: back-to-back contracting with premium suppliers and procure to pay process working along with Global Procurement organization, SAP partners and AEs to administer POs for partners. The team is expected to contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing SAP with RISE sales opportunities for both existing and net new customers and achieve orders targets.
Responsibilities
? Responsible for execution of the E2E quote-to-cash process for One Cloud and SAP RISE deals including PCE, PTO, HEC & EX.
? Process customer requests for selling One Cloud and RISE deals; completing the required paperwork (Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, Order Forms).
? Responsible for post sales process including PQA engagements, procurement processes related to premium suppliers and Hyper-scaler partners
? Partner with Industry AEs, Premium Suppliers, Cloud Architects (CAA?s), Commercial Finance, Legal, & Centralized Deal Support (CDS) Teams to support the sales process to facilitate deal closure.
? Contract Validation: Closely cross-collaborate with the Industry AEs, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams in the local market units during the contract drafting and negotiation process. Verify customer, user and pricing information provided by Account Executives and Pricing teams, work with Finance, Revenue Recognition teams to prevent revenue deferrals, ensure final business, and contract terms.
? Comply with operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements. Archiving and maintaining all files and records.
? Provide active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables in a dynamically driven environment.
? Continuous Improvements: Proactively identify and implement operational enhancements that meet business requirements.
? Become expert with SAP sales tools and processes
WORK EXPERIENCE
? Preferably at least 5 years? experience with Sales Operations or Deal Support
? Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
? Experience with CRM/Harmony tool and experience with SAP systems is a plus
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
? Proficient in written and spoken English
? Bachelor´s degree in any discipline
? Excellent communication skills are a must
? Team player
? Extremely detail-oriented, organized and with strong follow-up skills
? Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with little direct supervision
? Good command of MS Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Experience with Smartsheet application
