The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with a team or individually.
- Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions/services
- Experience in customer relationship or customer service

- Ability to learn new processes and multitask effectively.
- Ability to think beyond defined tasks to identify and implement process and tool optimization.
- Aid in building workstreams for supplier enablement for customers.
- Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations.
- Assist with
- Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes.
- Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications Collaborate on cross-functional projects.
- Support adoption plans for customers.
- Work with team to onboard and enable supplier in Ariba network.
- Creation of role specific projects
- Must be working towards obtaining college credited degree or a recent graduate with a business or technical degree. A major in computer science, supply chain management or business will be preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions/services
- Experience in customer relationship or customer service
- Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
