Job Overview

We are looking for experts with diverse skills to support our premium customers through their S/4HANA transformation journey, ensuring smooth and successful service delivery outcomes and safeguarding critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with global customers to resolve go-live and production-down issues.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, ensuring quality assurance for key design decision reviews and supporting customers during the build phase.
• Apply techno-functional skills to solve customer design and build issues or challenges.
• Align internally with SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers choose the right paths during implementation and upgrade life cycles.
• Advise customers on best practices and most optimum approaches related to your supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations.

Requirements

Extensive experience with Controlling modules and scenarios, with emphasis on Product Costing scenarios.

Experience with Project System or Funds management CO integrations, FI modules, Investment management, PAPM, and S/4HANA transformation.

ABAP or debugging skills, and experience with SAP IMS/Development will be advantageous.

Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.

Excellent customer focus, teamwork, and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.

A valid work permit for EU is required.
