- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming and machining issues.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of parts.
- Conduct simulations and verifications using Vericut to ensure program accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for CNC programs and processes.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an NC Programmer with proficiency in Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
