Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our cloud and systems team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and drive critical infrastructure initiatives in close collaboration with business stakeholders and engineering teams. You will oversee projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, risk management, milestone tracking, status reporting, and timely execution of infrastructure initiatives. Manage dependencies and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Strategic Leadership: Lead and drive cross-functional, strategic initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Influence and collaborate across multiple teams to build commitment, negotiate competing requirements, and ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project plans, timelines, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Problem Solving: Partner with Program Managers and leadership to identify and resolve project challenges, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, data centers, networking, and system technologies, and apply this knowledge to deliver successful projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 10 years of project management experience, driving complex, cross-functional technical projects, particularly in infrastructure environments.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.), with a proven track record of managing software development projects and Agile project management processes.
• Technical expertise in infrastructure technologies such as cloud, data center, networking, systems, and related infrastructure ecosystems.
• Experience with data center development, cloud architecture, network infrastructure, and asset management systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
• Self-starter, able to work independently with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile/Scrum certifications and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with large-scale infrastructure projects, especially in cloud environments.
