Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and evolution of key software products that support our educational operations. This role requires a blend of product vision, user empathy, project management, and strong communication skills. You’ll work in person at our Las Vegas headquarters and collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Road mapping
- Define and drive the product roadmap based on business goals, customer feedback, and market research.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product features and specifications.
- Lead ideation sessions, feature prioritization, and sprint planning.
Execution & Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery to launch to iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Ensure clear documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
User-Centric Design & Testing
- Conduct user research and feedback loops to validate concepts and improve usability.
- Analyze product performance using data and user metrics to identify areas for optimization.
- Lead beta testing and go-to-market planning for new product releases.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the point of contact between engineering, design, operations, and executive leadership.
- Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders, gathering input and building consensus.
- Coordinate product-related tasks with sales and support teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of user experience, technical constraints, and business trade-offs.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Figma, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate – this role is fully on-site.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $150,000 USD annually, based on experience and skillset.
