You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement data strategies and governance roadmaps, define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and drive control implementation. With expertise in Python and SQL, you will contribute to data analysis while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with foundational knowledge of data governance and data quality.
- Strong coding experience in Python and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to support data analysis.
- Hands-on experience in data governance and data management.
- Proven experience in defining governance roadmaps, identifying Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leading control implementation efforts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders on projects that develop data strategies and solutions.
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements to drive effective data governance initiatives.
- Strong ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve alignment and consensus.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet, presentation, and dashboard tools, with a growth mindset and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and challenges.
- A client-centric approach, with a commitment to delivering value through data-driven insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Set Yourself Apart With:
- Knowledge of consumer banking products, including credit cards and loans.
- Familiarity with data governance tools such as Alloy, Panorama, and Alation.
- Background in software engineering (not required but beneficial).
- Exposure to ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
On-Site Commitment: This role mandates on-site work at the client's Dallas, Texas office on a full-time basis.
Pay Range: USD 110,000-160,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location, level and specific skillset required for the work itself.
