The Role :
The AR Finance Associate will be responsible for a full cycle of Accounts Receivable function and administrative tasks and will serve as a backup for Accounts Payable function. Ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence and integrity.
This role is hybrid with 3 days, Monday - Wednesday in the Chelmsford MA office required.
Specific Responsibilities Include :
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable consistently.
- Process invoices for closed contracts timely and accurate.
- Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A / R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
- Reconcile cash accounts daily
- Responsible for cash GL account reconcilation monthly
- Assist other teams as needed
