What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Manager position at Sapio Technologies?
We are looking for an experienced D2D rock star who can also manage a team! We are developing a sales team in your area, and we need a strong leader.
We sell fiber Internet services, television, and wireless phone services for several providers. If you have managed teams in alarm sales, roofing, solar, home improvement, pest control, landscaping, and similar services, you should do very well.
In this role, you will sell, train, and recruit. Our goal is to build a team of 5 to 10 D2D reps for you to manage. You will earn personal sales commission, as well as team overrides. First-year compensation is targeted to be $100,000 to $150,000, but the right person could exceed $200,000!
Requirements:
- Experienced superstar in Door 2 Door sales (with verifiable sales history)!
- At least 1 year experience managing a canvassing team.
- You like a non-traditional schedule. Although there is some flexibility, regular knocking hours are Monday – Friday, 2 to 7:30 and either Saturday or Sunday 9 to 12. The rest of your time will be spent training, holding sales meetings, analyzing sales data, etc. (Reps can always work more to earn more money.) You can adjust the hours as needed, especially as seasons and daylight hours change. However, this is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours a week to be successful.
You will start as a fiber rep. Once you have steady sales, we will start building your team. This is a 1099 commission position. This is not a job for those who want a 50k salary. This job is for people who want to make money!
