About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Immigration Attorney with 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in leadership and team management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a niche practice where you can make a significant impact by helping clients achieve success in this country.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage employment immigration cases from start to finish.
Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, ensuring high-quality case progression and effective execution of work.
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized immigration strategies.
Maintain case progression by adhering to timelines and ensuring all filings and submissions are accurate and timely.
Apply strong executive management skills to optimize team efficiency and case outcomes.
Represent clients in employment immigration matters with professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
Demonstrate a client-first attitude, ensuring their success and satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar and in good standing in the applicable state.
Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a preference for employment immigration law. (Candidates with other immigration experience will be considered and provided training in employment immigration.)
Leadership or management experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

Compensation : This role starts at $120,000 per year, we can offer higher depending on experience. Biannual bonuses reward outstanding performance, and a monthly health insurance stipend of $350-$400 is provided.
