Duties

- Develop and implement training programs for new hires, focusing on food handling practices and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
- Handle catering requests and coordinate special events as needed.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for tracking orders, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Experience
- Proven experience in a kitchen management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Experience with supervising staff and developing training programs is highly desirable.
- Background in catering services is beneficial but not mandatory.
