What You'll Do :
- Provide outstanding customer service, from greeting guests to managing service tickets.
- Assign jobs to technicians and ensure timely, quality repairs.
- Oversee safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out compliance.
- Assist with inventory, sales, and fleet account management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Successful candidates for the Service Writer role should be able to perform basic math skills and have good typing skills. Someone with the ability to use computer applications and adding machines would be a good fit for this dynamic role.
