Key Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Lead and manage all assigned staff within the Region, including interviewing, hiring, and training.
- Payroll and Compliance : Maintain and approve payroll-related information for assigned staff and drivers. Ensure compliance with all governing regulatory agencies.
- Safety Leadership : Build a positive work environment centered around safety and efficiency. Lead safety efforts and meetings for assigned locations.
- Operations Oversight : Manage delivery-related operations, including fuels, lubricants, propane, and other ancillary products. Oversee drivers, dispatchers, and operational processes.
- Business Growth : Support the Sales and Regional team in growing the business profitably by building a strong knowledge of products and services.
- Equipment and Inventory Management : Ensure equipment, assets, and inventory are maintained and utilized safely and efficiently.
- Collaboration : Work closely with Regional and Corporate team members.
- On-Call Availability : Maintain 24 / 7 on-call availability to handle staff and operational issues, ensuring continuous coverage.
- Representation : Represent Sapp Bros. to customers, the public, and the Petroleum Industry with professionalism at all times.
