As a Store Manager, you'll lead a team of Shift Supervisors to drive sales growth, profitability, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly across all shifts, meeting performance targets and upholding Sapp Bros.' standards.
Lead and develop a team of Shift Supervisors and employees.
Ensure excellent guest service and maintain a welcoming, clean environment.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and sales goals.
Oversee training, hiring, and performance management.
Monitor cash handling and inventory controls.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience within the retail industry.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality role.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
Customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Willingness to work flexible schedules to complete the training program.
